Terms of Service

 

( konadumarket in any contest means and includes konadumarket websites ( konadumarket.com, konadumarket.net, konadumarket.com/blog etc, and where the name may appear )

 

1. Scope

 

 

1.1 Welcome to konadumarket. By using the services on the konadumarket websites (konadumarket.com and its related websites where this agreement appears eg. ( konadumarket.com/blog and its related sites )), you are agreeing to this term (the "Agreement" or "User Agreement Policy") . Moreover, all users of konadumarket ought to agree with konadumarket third party policies eg (www. youtube.com, google map.)

 

   1.2 If you reside outside of Ghana, you are contracting with konadumarket user agreement policy, third party policies of konadumarket as well as the policies (terms of your country internet policies etc.) of your country of residence (the policies of your geographical area where you are using konadumarket)

 

 

   Do not hesitate to contact konadumarket for any clarifications.

 

   2. By browsing and registering on konadumarket, you have automatically accepted  and contracting to the terms and conditions of and linked to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy of konadumarket.

 

      3. Some of what you must do or should not do are summarised below

 

   3.1 You can not post content or items in an inappropriate category or areas on the websites

 

   3.2 Do not select or choose region (location) that is not the appropriate location for your business when placing an advert.

 

 

   3.3 Do not chose an inappropriate kdatabase (wholesaler,retaile,logistic provider etc) when posting announcement content.

 

   3.4 You must agree and comply to third party policies. Eg youtube,google map etc

   

   3.5 Do not use the site if you are not able to form legally binding contracts or temporarily or indefinitely suspended from konadumarket website.

 

   3.6 Do not manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other user's listings (announcement).

 

 3.7 You must not do anything to manipulate our fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to konadumarket.

 

 3.8 Do not post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory including any items or information that is not lawful or the society of business operation does not accept.

 

 3.9 Do not take any action that may undermine the feedback or comment services purpose or effectiveness.

 

 3.10 You can only transfer your user account to others only after konadumarket has confirmed your intention of action.

 

 3.11 It is very important to know that, you cannot post viruses or share spam via any konadumarket site or webpage, including any technology that may or will be a threat or endanger konadumarket.

 

 3.12 Do not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the konadumarket websites.

 

 3.13  Do not collect information about users, including email addresses, without   their consent and using it for purposes that are intended to.

 

 3.14 Do not establish any action that may or will impose unreasonable or disproportionately large load on konadumarket.

 

 

 3.15  Do not obstruct or attempt to obstruct with the proper working of konadumarket website.  

 

3.16 Do use only Ghana Cedis (GHS) or USA Dollars (USD) when listing items.

 

 

4. Exploitation of konadumarket

 

 

4.1 Konadumarket will edge its users or the entire online users and nonusers to  report problems, offensive content, and policy violations.

 

4.2 With no notice we may limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to konadumarket, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Sites if we believe that they are creating problems. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.

 

 

5. Fees and Services

 

 

5.1 Joining konadumarket and browsing on listed items is free unless priced. konadumarket may charge fees for using other services, such as listing items. When you list an item or use a service that has a fee you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged based on our Fees schedule. We may change fees with or without notice.

 

5.2 Due to standardization on the platform, all fees are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) or U.S.A dollars (USD).

 

5.3 You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the site in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. These include using any legal, open and appropriate methods.

 

 

6. Liability

 

 

6.1 The company (konadumarket) ensures quality service for all visitors but cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services, and operation of the sites may be interfered by numerous factors outside of our control.

 

6.2 Any dispute with an employee, a worker or any individual or company associated to konadumarket has no lawful claim to konadumarket.

6.3 You will not hold konadumarket responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including things they post. Konadumarket is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.

 

6.4 We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

 

6.5 However, we will take immediate action to terminate the activities of a seller if he or she is not honest (sell bad products, sell products apart from what is described, cheats or any misleading actions).

Konadumarket.com will contact you by post address or phone number you used for registration on konadumarket. Any contact details relating to your product or service, listings may also be a means to contact you.
